Summit Oak Farm is equipped to give both riders and horses comfort with a safe environment throughout the farm. Our facility is fully heated: stable area, indoor arena and all public areas. We are off the main road, private; set back quietly nestled between forested hills overlooking a private lake with rolling grass filled pastures surrounding the farm. The farm is located south of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, 20 short miles on Interstate 35 from 35W and 35E.
	~ Amenities ~ - Indoor arena 80’ x 200’ - Outdoor arena 175’ x 200’ - All weather footing throughout farm - High tech heat and ventilation throughout the farm- including    stalls - 12' x 12' stalls with a large window that opens in warm weather - Stalls cleaned throughout the day - Multiple feedings (hay, grain, water) - Daily turn-out; hand-lead - Hand walking (for lay-ups) - Blanket, boots, etc - Custom feeding program - On site live-in groom 24/7 - Separated tack-up area, tack-up bays, wash stall and tack    room - Restroom with shower - Wash stall - Washer and Dryer - Safe wood paneled paddocks - Automatic fresh water supply systems; summer and (freeze-     proof) winter - Lay-up services We are setup for horse rehabilitation as we work with one of the top Midwest Veterinarian facilities. We and their team will create the best possible program to aid and help with equine ailments and lameness issues.
